HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD FOR THE HEIGHTS CDC?

Our registration opened February 21, 2017, and is ongoing throughout the summer can school year as spots become available.  Everyone will need to click the link to register. Please fill out this registration in its entirety and select as many day combinations (2-day, 3-day, 4-day or any) that you will accept.  Majority of our communication will be by email, so please ensure you give us a correct and valid email address on your registration that you check often.

After you fill out the online registration, our administrative team will evaluate the age groups requested and try to find the best fit for your child.   Should we be able to accommodate your child, you will receive an email from us with what those accommodations will be.   Should we not be able to accommodate your child, you will receive an email with wait list information.

Please note:  Even if your child is already registered on our online wait list for the current school year, you will need to fill out an online registration for the 2017-2018 school year.  Our wait list does NOT carry over to the new school year. 

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR MY CHILD?

You will hear from us by email from cdcregistration@theheights.org either that we have a spot available or that you are placed on a wait list.  Over the summer months, it can take at least a week to receive this email from the time of registration.

Should we offer you a spot in our program, you will be given instructions on how to accept and pay the registration fee in order to secure your spot in our program for the 2017-2018 school year.

Should you receive an email stating we do not have space at this time, your child will be placed on a wait list for their age group.   As we move classes around and evaluate our class lists all throughout the summer and beginning of the school year, we will email those that we can accommodate through any changes.

Please ensure that you check your SPAM folder as well for any emails from cdcregistration@theheights.org.

 

CAN I CALL AND CHECK AVAILABILITY?

We know that you are just as anxious as we are about the way classes will shape up in our program.  Unfortunately, there is no way we can predict availability at this time.  Please note that our active registration is currently CLOSED for the summer until August 15th with most classes forming wait lists.  The best form of contact is to submit the online registration or email us at cdcregistration@theheights.org.

The best form of contact is by email to cdcregistration@theheights.org.  You may also contact us by phone at 972-238-7289 (phones are not always answered during summer, only during weeks of summer camps).  Please know that our administrative team works limited hours during the summer months, and our main focus in June and July is our summer camps.  The best form of contact is by email.
