HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD FOR THE HEIGHTS CDC?
Our registration will open ONLINE to the community on February 23rd, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (a red link will appear at the top of this page) and is ongoing throughout the summer and school year as spots become available. Everyone will need to click the link to register. Please fill out the form in its entirety and select as many day combinations (2-day, 3-day, 4-day or any) that you will accept.
Majority of our communication will be by email, so please ensure you give us a correct and valid email address on your registration that you check often.
After you fill out the online form, our administrative team will evaluate the age groups requested and try to find the best fit for your child. Should we be able to accommodate your child, you will receive an email from us with what those accommodations will be. Should we not be able to accommodate your child, you will receive an email with wait list information.
Please note: Even if your child is already registered in our online wait list database for the current school year, you will need to fill out an online registration for the 2021-2022 school year. Our wait list does NOT carry over to the new school year.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR MY CHILD?
You will receive an email from email@example.com either that we have a spot available or that you are placed on a wait list. Please allow at least one week (7 days from the day you submit your application) to receive this email. If you have not received an email within 7 days, you may email us to check the status. We ask that you please do not inquire prior to this time frame as we will be actively trying to accommodate as many registrations as possible, and may not have accurate answers at that time.
Should we offer you a spot in our program, you will be given instructions on how to accept and pay the registration fee in order to secure your spot in our program for the 2021-2022 school year.
Should you receive an email stating we do not have space at this time, your child will be placed on a wait list for their age group. As we move classes around and evaluate our class lists throughout the summer and beginning of the school year, we will email those that we can accommodate through any changes.
Please ensure that you check your SPAM folder as well for any emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I CALL AND CHECK AVAILABILITY?
We know that you are just as anxious as we are about the way classes will shape up in our program. Unfortunately, there is no way we can predict availability at this time. The best form of contact is to submit the online application form.

Please know that our administrative team will be working very hard on processing all applications and finding the best fit for each child in our program. Please try to refrain from contacting us prior to one week after your application is submitted.
