FAQ

HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD FOR THE HEIGHTS CDC?

Our registration will open ONLINE to the community on February 23rd, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (a red link will appear at the top of this page) and is ongoing throughout the school year as spots become available. Everyone will need to click the link to submit your information. Please fill out the form in its entirety and select as many day combinations (2-day, 3-day, 4-day or any) that you will accept.

Majority of our communication will be by email, so please ensure you give us a correct and valid email address on your registration that you check often.

After you fill out the online form, our administrative team will evaluate the age groups requested and try to find the best fit for your child. Should we be able to accommodate your child, you will receive an email from us with what those accommodations will be.

Please note:  Even if your child is already registered in our online wait list database for a prior school year, you will need to fill out an online registration for the 2021-2022 school year. Our wait list does NOT carry over to the new school year.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR MY CHILD?

You will receive an email from cdcregistration@theheights.org if we have a spot available. If we are able to offer you a spot in our program, you will be given instructions on how to accept and pay the registration fee in order to secure your spot in our program for the 2021-2022 school year.

If we do not have space at this time, your child will be placed on a wait list for their age group. As we move classes around and evaluate our class lists throughout the school year, we will email those that we can accommodate through any changes.

Please ensure that you check your SPAM folder as well for any emails from cdcregistration@theheights.org.
