Welcome to The Heights CDC! This page has all of the information you need regarding our registration process from the details down to the frequently asked questions. This page will be updated frequently leading up to registration, so be sure to check back! If you have additional questions that are not answered on this page, please email us at cdcregistration@theheights.org.

Registration will be online (a link will appear at the top of this page) and is ongoing throughout the summer and school year as spots become available. All interested families will need to click the link to submit your registration application. Please fill out the form in its entirety and select as many day combinations (2-day, 3-day, 4-day or any) that you will accept.

Registration opens ONLINE to COMMUNITY: February 22nd, 12:00 p.m.

Registration fees for The Heights CDC are due at the time of enrollment of your child and are non-refundable. Your child is not completely enrolled in our program until we have received the Registration Contract and your non-refundable fee to hold their spot. A 25% discount on Registration Fees will be applied for additional siblings after the first fee is charged.

Tuition is a flat monthly fee that has been divided evenly among the months of September through May each school year. All tuition is due on the 1st of each month, and late fees are assessed at the 10th of each month.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD FOR THE HEIGHTS CDC?

Our registration application process will open ONLINE to the community on February 22nd, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. (a red link will appear at the top of this page) and is ongoing throughout the school year as spots become available. All interested families will need to click the link to submit your application. Please fill out the form in its entirety and select as many day combinations (2-day, 3-day, 4-day or ANY) that you will accept.

Majority of our communication will be by email, so please ensure you give us a correct and valid email address on your registration application that you check often.

After you fill out the online form, our administrative team will evaluate the age groups requested and try to find the best fit for your child. Should we be able to accommodate your child, you will receive an email from us with further information and registration instructions.

Please note:  Even if your child is already registered in our online wait list database for a prior school year, you will need to fill out an online registration application for the 2022-2023 school year. Our wait list does NOT carry over to the new school year.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR MY CHILD?

You will receive an email from cdcregistration@theheights.org if we have a spot available. If we are able to offer you a spot in our program, you will be given instructions on how to accept and pay the registration fee in order to secure your spot in our program for the 2022-2023 school year.

If we do not have space at this time, your child will be placed on a wait list for their age group. As we move classes around and evaluate our class lists leading up to the start of school, we will email those that we can accommodate through any changes.

Please ensure that you check your SPAM folder as well for any emails from cdcregistration@theheights.org.

CAN I CALL AND CHECK AVAILABILITY?

We know that you are just as anxious as we are about the way classes will shape up in our program. Unfortunately, there is no way we can predict availability at this time.

Please know that our administrative team is working very hard on processing all registrations and finding the best fit for each child in our program. Please try to refrain from contacting us prior to one week after your registration application is submitted.

Extended Care (Early Care and Stay and Play)

We will be offering Extended Care for the 2022-2023 school year on a space-available basis. Registration for Early Care (8:00am – 9:00am) and Stay and Play (2:00pm – 4:00pm) will be a separate registration process from registration for our regular school year and will take place at a later time.

Extended Care fees are collected on a monthly basis along with tuition. Extended Care fees are a flat monthly fee that has been divided evenly among the months of September through May for the school year. There is no reduction or reimbursement for holidays, vacations, illness, school closures, or bad weather.
