Registration for the 2023-2024 School Year will open on the following schedule:
FEBRUARY 7, 2023: Registration opens ONLINE to CURRENLY ENROLLED FAMILIES
FEBRUARY 14, 2023: Registration opens to HEIGHTS CHURCH MEMBERS (please call us at 972-238-7289 to inquire)
FEBRUARY 21, 2023: Registration opens ONLINE at NOON to ALL INTERESTED FAMILIES
For Community Registration, registration is online (link will appear at the top of this page and on our homepage at NOON on February 21) and is ongoing throughout the summer and school year as spots become available.
All interested families will need to click the link to submit your registration application. No payment is required to submit an application. Please fill out the form in its entirety and select as many day combinations (2-day, 3-day, 4-day or any) that you will accept. Please see our FAQs listed below.

Registration fees for The Heights CDC are due at the time of enrollment of your child and are non-refundable. Your child is not completely enrolled in our program until we have received the Registration Contract and your non-refundable fee to hold their spot. A 15% discount on Registration Fees will be applied for additional siblings after the first fee is charged.
Tuition is a flat monthly fee that has been divided evenly among the months of September through May each school year. All tuition is due on the 1st of each month, and late fees are assessed at the 10th of each month.
Tuition Scholarship:
Any financial concerns or considerations should be submitted to The Heights CDC administrative staff. Scholarship applications are available in The Heights CDC office if needed. Please contact our director for questions at TheHeightsCDC@theheights.org
Military discount:
Offer provides a 10% discount off of tuition rate for new enrollees on a space-available basis. Proof of active military service is required to receive the discount. Discounts cannot be used for extended care or in conjunction with any other coupon, discount offer or tuition subsidy, and is not redeemable or refundable for cash. (DD214 or CAC-Common Access Card)
FAQ
HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD FOR THE HEIGHTS CDC?
All interested families will need to click the link to submit your application. Please fill out the form in its entirety and select as many day combinations (2-day, 3-day, 4-day or ANY) that you will accept.
Majority of our communication will be by email, so please ensure you give us a correct and valid email address that you check often on your registration application. Registration offers are time sensitive and we wouldn’t want you to miss our emails!
After you fill out the online form, our administrative team will evaluate the age groups requested and try to find the best fit for your child. Should we be able to accommodate your child, you will receive an email from us within 7 days with further information and registration instructions.
Please note: Even if your child is already registered in our online wait list database for a prior school year, you will need to fill out an online registration application for the 2023-2024 school year. Our wait list does NOT carry over to the new school year.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR MY CHILD?
You will receive an email from theheightscdc@theheights.org if we have a spot available. Please allow us 7 days to process your registration application. If we are able to offer you a spot in our program, you will be given instructions on how to accept and pay the registration fee in order to secure your spot in our program for the 2023-2024 school year.
If we do not have space at this time, your child will be placed on a wait list for their age group. As we move classes around and evaluate our class lists in the months leading up to the new school year, we will email those we can accommodate through any changes.

Extended Care (Early Care and Stay and Play)
We are offering Extended Care for the 2023-2024 school year on a space-available basis. Registration for Early Care (8:00am – 9:00am) and Stay and Play (2:00pm – 4:00pm) will be a separate registration process from registration for our regular school year and will take place over the summer.
Extended Care fees are collected on a monthly basis along with tuition. Extended Care fees are a flat monthly fee that has been divided evenly among the months of September through May for the school year. There is no reduction or reimbursement for holidays, vacations, illness, school closures, or bad weather.
