Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is currently full. Families are welcome to join the registration waitlist by completing the Registration Application. Our waitlist is actively monitored and our administrative team works diligently to clear the waitlist. There is no cost to be on the 2025-2026 waitlist. Registration fees will not be assessed until we have verified your child’s placement.

Our yearly tuition has been divided into 9 even payments that will be assessed on the 1st of each month beginning in September and concluding in May. All families are required to set up automatic payments with a debit/credit card or personal banking account.
For a child to secure their enrollment, a non-refundable/non-transferable registration fee must be assessed. Additionally, a non-refundable/non transferable supply fee will be assessed on August 1 to cover the cost of supplies for your child during the year.
Extended Care (AM / PM)
Extended Care programming can be tailored specifically to the needs of each family. Upon registration, families will have the ability to select the day(s) Early Care and/or Stay-N-Play are needed. Yearly Extended Care fees have been broken down into 9 even payments that will be assessed on the 1st of each month with tuition.
Space is limited for Extended Care. Should Extended Care enrollment reach capacity, a waitlist will be created and monitored frequently.

What is the registration process for The Heights CDC?
All families interested in registering for the 2025 – 2026 school year will fill out an online application. After reviewing your application, our administration team will determine enrollment availability and will communicate enrollment status within 7 days.
How will I know if you have enrollment space available for my child?
After reviewing your application, our administration team will determine enrollment availability and will communicate enrollment status within 7 days. If an enrollment spot is unavailable, families are given an opportunity to join our current wait list.
How does the wait list work?
Once our classes are full, any extra applicants will be placed on our wait list. There is no fee linked to being placed on our wait list. Our wait list is cleared at the end of each school year. Applicants on the 2024 – 2025 wait list will not transition to the next school year’s wait list. They must reapply for the 2025 – 2026 school year.
