We encourage our older preschool families to utilize carpool drop-off and pick-up for their three- and four-year-old children. This is a fantastic opportunity to build independence and responsibility.
When is carpool?
- Carpool will begin Tuesday, September 5.
- Morning carpool is offered Tuesday through Friday. We will begin unloading cars at 9:00 am.
- If you are late for morning carpool, please drive around and walk your child in through the Family Entrance and check them in at the front desk.
- Afternoon Carpool is offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We will begin at 1:50 and end at 2:10.
- For Thursday and Friday pick-up, parents will enter the building through the Family Entrance and pick-up children from their classrooms. This is a great time to see what they have been doing all week.
- Morning carpool is offered Tuesday through Friday. We will begin unloading cars at 9:00 am.
Where is Carpool?
- The carpool route is on the east side of the church (facing Central Expressway).
- Please enter the parking lot off the Highway 75 service road. Do NOT enter through the Renner Road entrance. This interferes with the flow of carpool and can cause a back-up onto Renner Road. This is a traffic safety concern for the police, and they have asked us to be careful not to let this happen.
- For morning drop off, children will enter through the North Peristyle doors. On bad weather days it will be further back under the overhang to provide coverage from the rain.
- For afternoon pick-up, children will exit the building from the atrium and be loaded into cars under the covered awning.
